I can see, on the homophobic side, DeviantArt is became more awful, indeed I found some hate messages under my yaoi pics. I had to block one user even if I don't like to do that. But it was getting really annoying and I'd love to create a relaxed area here, where freedom and tolerance can be the main feelings! So I hope to be respected from now on, using the user block to

I think it depends on the mod. I've seen some really good ones and I've seen some that are quite obviously recommending friends. But it's up to the individual mod to wield their power well.
